The Hyphen, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina (March 2001)

The Hyphen is a great bakery/coffeehouse in tiny Fuquay-Varina, just outside Raleigh. It's owned and operated by Kurt Fortmeyer who also happens to be an accomplished musician himself.
